Experiment: Twitter Usabilty - A new users first experience
from Idea du Jour, a nice write-up of a very inexperienced internet user’s first time trying out Twitter (in this case, the author’s mother).
I’d argue this person isn’t ‘very inexperienced’ other than as she relates to the uber online-tech crowd.
From my interaction with thousands of users of our product, I’d categorize her as *very* experienced, which speaks to where we are in terms of UI/UX for new users of any online product.
